【个人描述】

戴峰，教授、四川大学建筑与环境学院院长，国家杰出青年科学基金获得者、国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才、第八届教育部科学技术委员会委员（土木、建筑与水利学部）。长期从事工程岩体力学与安全研究工作，主持国家自然科学基金重点项目、973计划课题、四川省科技创新团队等项目，在IJRMMS、RMRE等国际期刊发表论文100余篇，论文被SCI他引5000余次，连续4年入选土木工程领域的爱思唯尔中国高被引学者，授权国家发明专利31件，成果应用于白鹤滩、乌东德、锦屏一级、双江口等多项国家重大水电工程，获教育部科技进步一等奖（排名1）、中国岩石力学与工程学会自然科学特等奖（排名2）、中国大坝工程学会科技进步特等奖（排名2）、国际岩土力学计算方法与进展学会（IACMAG）区域杰出贡献奖等。历任美国土木工程学会会刊IJOG共同主编、RMRE等7个国际SCI期刊的副主编或编委以及《岩石力学与工程学报》等3个EI期刊的编委、四川省科技青年联合会副主席、中国岩石力学与工程学会岩石动力学专业委员会副主任
