报告人简介：Dr. Satoru Ohgiya （扇谷悟）obtained his B.S., M.S. and Ph.D in Pharmaceutical Science from Hokkaido University.He is the director general of National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) in Hokkaido. His present research interest is the functional analysis of foods by nuclear receptor-reporter assay. He has published more than 60 high quality papers.
